Registration Basis: First-come, first-served
Capacity: Limited to 50 participants per outlet
Special Treat: One goodie bag for every registered participant

Terms & Conditions:
The competition will be held on 31 October 2026 at participating Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia outlets, including LOT 10, IOI Mall Puchong, and Sutera Mall.
Registration is available at the counter on a first-come, first-served basis from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Participants must complete the registration form to enter the competition. A maximum of 50 participants are allowed per outlet.
Each registered participant will receive a wristband and a goodie bag, while stocks last.
Participants must be present at the designated venue at the stipulated time for the costume showcase and judging session.
Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Costumes or props that are offensive, dangerous, or may cause injury or disruption are not permitted.
Judging will be based on the following criteria:
Creativity and Originality – 10 points
Costume Design and Presentation – 10 points
Halloween Theme – 10 points
The judges will select the Top 5 finalists based on the judging criteria. The finalists will proceed to the public voting stage, where the Top 3 winners will be determined.
The judges’ and Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia decisions on the selection of finalists and competition results are final.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Participants or their parents/guardians consent to the use of event photographs and videos for Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia’s marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia reserves the right to amend the competition format, rules, schedule, or prizes when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
